This place use to be outstanding. They are clean and speedy service but something has drastically changed in the amount of food we use to get compared to post covid B.S. Me and my GF use to eat here 2x a week spending less than $24 for two. The subs are now smaller and cost $30+ with fries. We wouldn't care to pay that but the quality and craftsmanship is pathetic. Our subs this last time was meat only on philly cheese steaks! Just look at these pictures, ignoring my black dirty hand I work in the coal industry so this is what I take for lunch or use to take.
Waited for 20+ minutes for my online order, the lady in front of me waited for hers the same amount just to learn that they gave her order to someone else. Offered her a coupon but just told me sorry for your wait have a good day.

Overpriced DELICIOUS sandwiches. Dining room was dirty despite limited seating due to Covid reopening.nnThey always get our food right and nice people too. Would give 4 stars if dining room was clean on our visit during non peak hours.
I usually wouldn’t write a review but this is probably the 3rd time this has happened so I figured I would. Decided to give this Penn Station a try on my break from work and honestly was pretty disappointed. Asked for a chicken cordon bleu plain, just chicken, ham and cheese. Order came out the first time and had everything on it, I’m allergic to lettuce so it had to be remade. Waited about 7-10 mins for the remake. Got the second sandwich and STILL had mayo and mustard on it. The other times the sandwiches were wrong as well but didn’t have lettuce so no complaint. I’m in the restaurant business so I understand the struggle but still. Probably won’t come back anytime soon.
