The last 2 times I visited, there was a worker who just won't wear their face mask right. The 1st time, they worked over the food and they had the mask below the chin. Never had problems before.
My wife ordered chicken bacon ranch and asked for well done bacon cause it makes her sick to eat chewy bacon and got home and went to eat it and it wasn't even done.
We ordered online and got home and our sandwiches were all wrong! The boy that made them answered the phone and argued with me and said I was dishonest and they were correct. The shift manager got on the phone and I explained the situation. She apologized and told me if I'd bring them back she'd gladly remake them. She was so extremely nice and remade our sandwiches and they were delicious! Stephanie offered us cookies for our trouble, but we declined we were just happy to have the correct sandwiches! Thank you Stephanie, please coach your young employee on telling customers they're lying this tends to make people mad. Everything we do in life is a lesson!
