Plumber Yuri came out in -13c morning to fix my leaky shower faucet. He repaired it expertly and efficiently. He even provided advise for proper operation. Thank you DP&S I am once again very happy with service provided.
Yuri was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in providing excellent service in the installation of a tankless water heater. Would strongly recommend their service!
Was provided a 1-4pm window. The repairman showed up after 4pm. Had them out to look at 2 showers and a garbage disposal. The repairman looked at all three and couldn’t fix one of them. After looking at 1 shower it no longer had water flow. I had to argue to get him to get it working before he left as it had water before he touched it. It worked 2 days and now no water at all. I called and there is no emergency services so I have to wait 2 days before they come back out. I also asked for a different repairman but they said they have to send the same one. Definitely not professional and would not recommend.nnUpdate: the company sent a repairman the following day. He quickly identified the issue and fixed the shower. The company seems to care about reviews based on follow up.
Excellent professional service. Reasonable price. Easy to arrange appointment, all calls were returned promptly. Definitely will work with this company in the future..
