Once again, they exceeded our expectations...Shout out to Dan & Mike of Boston Plumbing!! Excellent, efficient, reasonably priced service! Just had our hot water heater replaced and they were timely, friendly, and quick! After my initial call, Dan came out right away to assess the situation. After hiring them for the job, they were in and out within a couple hours! They even made recommendations on how to most efficiently arrange our pipes/vents and took care of it all for us. Then they took the time to teach us about maintaining our new water heater. Mike remembered me from last time and had a great memory recalling our issues from the last time he serviced us a few years ago! Dan took the time to get to know my kids. Unbeknownst to us the problem resolved itself overnight. Mike couldn’t have been more kind about it. He checked everything to ensure everything was OK and refused any compensation for his time, travel and expertise. I highly recommend Boston Plumbing.
Just had Boston Plumbing complete 3 jobs today. Excellent job as always. Prompt, professional and complete. Over the past 15 years I've used them whenever I need a plumbing fix. If I have any Plumbing problems I have no doubts the ONLY ones I'll call will be Boston Plumbing. Thank you for a job well done.
Arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. We had some issues with our shower drain and it looked like erosion. So fearing the worse I called upon Boston Plumbing. Turned out to just be hard water and calcium build up. Glad the plumber that came out was honest and helpful as to how to avoid the build up.
We've always had good experiences with Boston Plumbing. Mike has come out on calls and takes the time to resolve the issue. The other day he took some extra time to ensure both pumps were in good working order and made necessary adjustments. It's hard to find a good trustworthy plumber. Give them a try.
