Andrew was very friendly and efficient. I watched him work and he answered all my questions thoroughly. It seemed a little pricey but excellent quality work was done timely. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. Much better than another service I used that was always trying to up sell extra work.

Kwik Serv Plumbing,nI wanted to write you this letter to you telling you how happy we are with your company's service. I called our home warranty service up because we needed to fix some leaks under our sink cabinets. They sent out a company that had to return 5 times to actually fix the leak! Then we had problems with our water softener. I again called the Home Warranty company, but this time I told them Not to send out that other plumbing company. They connected me to another (Kwik Serv) plumbing company. I knew that we would be taken care of just from talking to the person at the front office and again when your plumber walked into our house.Your technician came in and said our water heater needed to be replaced and not repaired. I am disabled with a muscle condition and we have our children that live here also. Not having hot water was not only a problem, but could have become a health issue for me.. Your technician was able do something to temporarily give us some warm water until the new water heater came in. I can't tell you how so GRATEFUL we are for your technicians skills and sympathy for our circumstancesnRecently we had a few other plumbing issues and I called the Home Warranty company and told them that the only plumbing service I want coming to my house was Kwik Serv. Your office called me shortly after I called the home warranty people. They went over the things that we needed fixed. You sent out Mike Inman. He was very professional and communicated with me during his entire visit. He called me to let me know he was on his way, he would be here in 10min. and he was. He wore a mask (due to Covid) and took off his boots to keep my house clean. Very respectful. Every part that needed to be replaced he showed me and explained why it needed to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable. Before I became disabled I was a carpenter so I know when someone is knowledgeable or just bluffing through a job, Mike was knowledgeable. Mike replaced our broken garbage disposal, fixed a clogged drain and a broken valve. My wife and I will recommend KwikServ Plumbing and Heating to everyone who needs it. Mike Inman is your guy. Had a leak due to a frozen pipe/faucet. They responded super fast - within an hour. Very efficient work and fixed out problem before it could cause serious damage. I'd use them again if needed.

Mike arrived on time with mask and shoe covers. I watched as he removed the shower handle and replaced the cartridge. He showed me the old cartridge and pointed out where it was clogged. I am very pleased with his work. The shower handle is now much easier to turn. The scheduler at the office, Helen, was very friendly when I called early this morning to report my problem - the shower would not turn off. To have the issue resolved the same day as my call makes me very happy. I feel secure knowing I can call Kwik Serv with any future plumbing problems.

I highly recommend Kwik Serv Plumbing in Mundelein as they were very responsive, professional, communicative (kept me informed of what was happening throughout the process), and reasonable. We had an emergency midday due to our sewer pipe being severed from the house causing water/sewer damage inside our house. They arrived within a few hours, wore masks (due to covid), identified the problem, and the solution. Their execution was quick and flawless. They coordinated all aspects from stopping the inside damage to getting a new pipe installed and hooked up so we were connected back up to the sewer quickly. They did a great job and will definitely be my go to plumbing service for my future needs.
