We just had Gerald from Champion Plumbing Service Co come out to look at our clogged toilet. Gerald was very professional, honest, clean and courteous; he clearly explained the situation and provided us with the best course of action. Their pricing was very fair and they'll definitely be our primary contact for any plumbing needs in the future.
We needed a toilet replaced and it was just more than I felt I could do myself without causing some real damage. Gerald was on time both times he came to the house and did a completely perfect job shoring up the flange and replacing the toilet. He was professional, courteous and even let me watch and learn from him. I could not be more pleased with Gerald or Champion Plumbing Service Co. Highly recommend.
Called and spoke to the technician from Champion Plumbing Service Company about my leaking water line. He troubleshooted over the phone and educated me about all my questions about replacing my water line. Within a few hours, a technician arrived, gave me a very good estimate and explained exactly what he would do. Few hours later my water line was in and you could hardly tell they were here. Just wanted to thank this great company!!!
