Very quick turnaround time on short notice. I called at 10am and someone was here and working within 2 hours. Helped us out in a pinch!
One of Alex's plumbers named Tyler came by to remove an old sump pump and install a new one. Tyler was on time, friendly and did the work in the time he guesstimated it would take. I briefly chatted with him and he was social and informational for the questions I asked him. At the end, he cleaned up, gave me info regarding the warranty and said to call them if there were any issues. Overall a nice job from the initial phone call to Alex to the work that Tyler performed. I would definitely recommend BeeZee Plumbing.
This was honestly one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had. The job was conducted exactly as agreed and the team showed s very flexible and respectful approach to working with me.nThere was a lot of replacement of old corroded pipes and a new water heater was fitted - we only lost hot water service for a couple of days - again as expected - and any other interruptions were all really well communicated.nFirst class pleasant and well presented employees, amiable and respectful all around.nThanks!!
