Always have helped us when we had issues with flat roof and ice dam issues on the main roof.
Highly recommended. I used L.R. Gregory and Son to replace the central air unit in a remodel project, so cost was a major factor. They put a plan together for me that fit within my budget and finished the install within the time needed. In my experience, this is an honest company that cares about delivering for the customer.
They are excellent in all ways. Best roofer I ever had.
I was pleasantly surprised with the company's after hours prompt service when our furnace tripped. A field technician came out to diagnose and thankfully we didnt have to go elsewhere or call for second opinion. Although, I thought it was fast service and the issue was resolved promptly, I felt there is room for improvement in communication, and overall servicing a clients home furnace.
Mr Gregory came to individually inspect my home. He offered a fair deal on pricing on a new furnace and home A/C unit. His men were quick and thorough in the installation, and answered all my questions regarding new unit operation, as well and parts and service warranties.
