I normally go here a few times a week. But yesterday was the 3rd time I caught them shorting my sandwich of meat in the last few weeks. I brought it to the ladies attention in the past and she's like so sorry. But again watched her do it again yesterday. Wasn't going to post . But Decided too. I know Covid has effected everyone and they all ready don't accept the national discount..Sorry but I will Not use this Subway anymore.. or recommend them..
Google says they open at 9, store says they open at 9, but when I arrived at 9:15...doors were locked and lights off. Phone just rings and rings. Funny how they say shop Mundelein, but when the store isn't open, how can we? I get that most people don't look for lunch at 9 in the morning, but as a school bus driver, 9 am is lunch time.

Overall location was good. Sandwich was good. Got a veggie patty. Only complaint would be the cookies. They were stale and hard. Not sure when the last time they had a fresh batch.
The owner was nice. Great personality and made me feel welcome to his establishment.
