We had a fantastic experience with Cole and the whole Millennium Carpet Steamers team. They were super responsive to my initial inquiry and we’re able to book my appointment very quickly afterwards. He showed up on time and was pleasant and very informative. He was in and out in less than 2 hours, and was able to transform our carpets back to looking like new. I would highly recommend using their services .
They provided me with an original estimate over the phone and they provide you with a more accurate estimate upon .arrival at the actual location. I have two small dogs that ruined my carpet upstairs and the stairway. They were professional, speedy, and they did a fantastic job! They helped my carpet get back to where it was when I moved in. I will be calling back when I'm ready to do have them clean my other rooms! Thank you friends for your kindness and super work.
We rented out our house and had them come in to clean our carpets. They were very upfront about spots that they weren't sure they'd be able to get up and quoted us before they started. They did a wonderful job. They were on time, professional, offered options and most of all my floors turned out really nice! Great experience overall and would recommend.
