Great work! Accommodating service. I went in for an alteration “emergency” with a lace dress and needed a quick turn around - I paid for it - but the work was perfect I was very pleased!

Brought in my black winter jacket because the zipper had broken and they quoted $40-50. Picked it up a week later to find they had put a BROWN zipper on my black jacket. When I questioned the color choice the man became very defensive noting that was what they had had and it was my fault for not specifying what color zipper I wanted. He charged me $50. I told him I really wasn't happy with the result and that the colors really clashed. He just shrugged and told me to snap the jacket over and you would barely see it. I thought maybe I was crazy so I paid and brought it home. When my husband saw it he was furious! It really does look awful...

Just amazing!! There was a little over a week before the night of my prom and since procrastinating is basically my life, I waited last minute to get my dress altered. There was quite a lot to do with it: it was pretty long on me and there was some excessive mesh inside that I really wanted to get rid of... with all this I was scared I wouldn't be able to get my dress back in time. I was also skeptical to go to this place bc not a lot of people know about it... man I hope that changes soon. Everything I wanted altered on my dress was done as I hoped -- the new stitches were seamless and the dress looked amazing overall. Best of all, they had all of this done in a span of about 5 days and I only had to pay $50!! I do not have enough wonderful things to say about this place or their customer service, all I can say is that I will definitely come back if I ever need another alteration!!
