Noggin is THE best salon around. Laura, Ryan, Krystine, Melanie and all their staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their attention to detail and clean atmosphere make you feel welcome and safe. We love Noggin and can it recommend them enough!
Great atmosphere and people! Best hair cuts I have ever had, they take the time to cut your hair based on the way it falls. It looks good between cuts because of this. Well done.
This is the best hair salon in lake county. Laura and Ryan have outdone themselves. Wonderful, thoughtful service and amazing hair products.
