I have been going to this salon for years & have always loved it until today. Picked out the color I wanted, which was blue & I got purple. I could have gotten by w/the polish but asked 2 or 3 times for rounded nails, got square. Has always been a pleasant experience going there because they were so funny, talkative & made you feel special. Today no one talked to me & I did not feel special. Unfortunately I won't be going back there. Am very disappointed & they lost a good customer.
Beautiful work, does a wonderful job of sanitizing, following safe guidelines, very clean.
Always a great personal experience.
Love the attention to detail. I recommend to all my friends.
