Found Steve online because I wanted to support a local business during the Covid19 shutdown. Needed someone to clean carpets of rental I was moving out of. Replied to my initial call within the day and was very pleasant. Showed up a few min early and did an amazing job. Nice guy to work with. Good pricing, too. Would recommend him to anyone.
Steve Herzog is the YODA of carpet cleaning...I would have no one else clean my carpets. He returns calls quickly, he is always on time, has personality plus, and the quality of the carpet cleaning is worth every dime!!! Just had Steve at my home today. I closed on a 1300 sq ft. townhome and it needed a good carpet cleaning. He was 10 minutes early, took a good look through the house before starting, was respectful of my home, and most importantly my carpets look great! I have used Steve for several years, at 3 rental properties we have, and our personal home. He knows his stuff and has literally saved us from replacing carpet at one of the rentals. He is very affordable... I would use no one else ;)
