First I want to make it clear that I understand the ladies here rent a chair. But I can not get the salon to return my call nor can I get the hair stylist to work with me and meet me halfway.My 17 yr. went to have highlights put in, it went horribly wrong. Price was not ever really discussed like most places will quote you a price for how many(I was not there). According to other professionals I consulted with later the highlights were 2” wide, went to the root, were very heavy around her face and a step in the process must have been missed leaving her orange/gold. When it was done she was charged $160 & she did pay it not knowing how to handle the situation. That is a large amount.. I spoke with the hair stylist GLORIA and discussed the issues stating we were paying to get it fixed somewhere else. I stated that I believe she deserves money for her time however I feel she was taking advantage of a 17 yr working 3 jobs and would meet her in the middle at $80 back. My answer was a firm NO. I only wish this particular review would allow me to upload the pictures of our experience.nCutting Corners is definitely a good name for THIS experience and that hair stylist.

I had to stand up to a wedding but I'm clueless when it comes to doing my hair. The lady who I had an appointment with wasn't 100% sure how exactly to do the look I wanted but another employee helped her out. I got so many compliments & it looked great all day. Thank you so much for your wonderful work ladies. You're amazing!
Awesome place always fun and refreshing service, doesn't ever disappoint you with fabulous care to your hair! Love my new color, cut & do ready for my vacation now thank you for never failing to have me leaving feeling like a new woman!
