Who Tube (03/05/2021)

I went in to get advice on a new foundation as my skin is changing with age. I asked about the next camo cc and they said it was pretty good ( I was a bit short on cash). I used it twice. It covered great, but left my skin red and burning. They returned it with no issues and all apologies. Now with money in my pocket, they recommended bare minerals foundation. Helped me pick out a new primer and the original beauty blender. Wonderful awesome and terrific products. Their staff is amazing.

Probably the worst place in hair services i went in there 3 times with in 2 months. They ruined my beautiful highlighted hair. Never going there ever again.

Amazing store, always so clean and inviting. Employees are all very nice and helpful. Shelby is the one who does my hair and she is the only person I trust to do my hair anymore. She’s very fun and peppy, always makes conversation but it never a feels forced she genuinely likes to converse with her clients. The manager Jacklyn is amazing. She’s always very helpful and nice! Could not praise this ultra anymore they are amazing!

Store and product selection are as you would expect but man, customer service is lacking.nnNo hello when we walked through the door. I knew what I wanted just needed a color match to be sure what shade to buy. I asked at the front desk after standing for a few minutes without help. She called someone, meanwhile two employees walked by and said they were helping other customers....and someone else would help me. So I waited and there were maybe 3 other customers in the store...where is the staff?nnUpdated: I got color matched in less than 30 seconds they gave me my color and I purchased it for around $40. When I got home I realized she had handed me the wrong color and when I went back to exchange at they were completely out of my shade. Even worse they emailed me a receipt which I never received so they told me they could not exchange without a receipt... I explained all of this to the manager. I couldn't even exchange it for the right color because they were out of stock. So frustrating... Will be ordering the products online from now on.

Staff is friendly and makeup staff is a delight! Had hair done for an event and the hairdresser was super nice. Nothing but positive experiences here!
