You won’t find a better real estate partner than Emily Shultz and the Kelly Winterroth Team! She’s been an incredible partner with my wife and I in dealing with renting, selling, and management of our property. She has seamlessly handled every situation, takes initiative, and is an honest, fair person. She helped my wife and I rent our property within weeks when we travelled overseas for 18 months. When the time came, she helped us sell, handling all the marketing, legal documentation, and day to day items that arose. Carrie and the Winterroth team made our first home buying experience a breeze. From the start, Carrie took into account small details that mattered in our search, and was active from beginning to end. She consistently took initiative and often exceeded expectations. She was our advocate as well, which was really important in our experience. Carrie loves what she does and it shows.

Emily is a great realtor with the Kelly Winterroth team, very reliable. Always answering text messages and phone calls whenever, even late at night. Got me in to see homes I was interested in very timely manner

Emily Outsen was amazing! She pays close attention to details of the house(s) we over looked or wouldn't have thought of asking about. We needed a house to suit our special needs daughter and Emily was definitely the person for the job!!! She was always professional and very knowledgeable! Would recommend her to family and friends!
