Our backyard pump that drains to the village line went out. Water started backing up into our laundry room in the middle of the night. The next morning I called Neptune and they added me to their service list. They called around 8:00 that night and were planning on coming out, but I told them it could wait till the next day since no water was coming in at that time. They came out the next morning, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got the work done in a few hours. We checked to make sure everything was good before they left and it was all working great. They were knowledgeable and had everything they needed to fix the problem. Although it wasn’t a cheap fix, the price was on point with what we paid to fix the same problem about 8 years ago(the pumps have a 3 year warranty), so I didn’t find it unreasonable. Broken plumbing is stressful! These guys definitely knew what they were doing and I appreciated the quick turnaround!
We called many companies and businesses and none wanted to help us tonight right away. They answered and came to help us right away. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. Very nice.

Sewer backed up over Thanksgiving weekend. They came out and got us up and running again after some minor obstacles. Truly appreciate their hard work and determination! They have called to check on us and even been out to check the line again. Very kind and caring company! Will be calling again for our future needs.
These guys are awesome. They worked late into the night to get the job done. Very professional and knowledgeable on what they are doing. Their willingness to go above and beyond is outstanding.
