Arby's

It was approximately time for many people to get something to eat for lunch. As I pulled up to the drive thru, there were approximately 6 cars in front of me. I considered finding another fast food restaurant but decided it would be worth the wait since I hadn't eaten there in at least 8 months or more & really enjoy the food they serve. Within 4 - 5 minutes, I was picking up my order which was hot and everything I ordered was in the bag. Excellent, excellent service, friendly and delicious, not to mention quick!

The food was good, but what makes your large soda worth almost $2 more than McDonald's large soda?

3 people, bill was $33.75! What a waste. We ordered 3 sandwich combo meals. 2 Prime Rib steak sandwiches, 1 Reuben; drinks and a side with each, up charge for 2 of the sides. None of them had flavor, not a single sandwich. Ordered the sauerkraut on the side. Good thing, it was horrible. Even try adding arby and horsey sauce, to no avail. If they would make these sandwiches look even remotely close to the advertisements, that might help. There was so little meat even if we put all of the tasteless steak on one sandwich, it still wouldn't look anything like the pictures/commercials. Their prices have gotten sooo out of control. And, their sandwiches have less meat, more bun. Did you know they don't even put sauces on anymore. If you don't ask for it, you'll get a oversized bun with what appears to be carl buddig meat, rolled into a semi-ball and nothing else. Nothing! I hadn't been to Arby's for a long time because of how bad they were. We reluctantly tried it again, in hopes of improvement. Hahaha, the joke was on us. They took the $ and ran. Maybe if they A) they get a new slogan (it currently is false advertisement). B) maybe put more effort into the food, flavor, anything. C) Vhing Rhames is awesome but, the tag line has to Go! D) Eat your own food, see if you like it. I'm sure you'd be lying to yourself if you said yes. The only thing I can say that was good was the service. I believe it was the manager, very pleasant, and no order mistakes. Hence the 2 stars. She alone is 5 star, the restaurant is a ZERO.
