Let me state up front that I ended up not needing their services. However, that being said, their service was top notch! As I just finished brushing my teeth, the water pressure stopped! (Thankfully had just finished and didn't have a toothpaste-foam mouth.. lol) Made several calls to attempt to get some sort of resolution... and well.. actually they came recommended by Home Angels (which is a GREAT sign!) by what would be classified as an emergency. They were very diligent in getting an agent out right away today.

Great work with replacing our regulator after discovering the water pressure was too high. Convenient and reliable with fair pricing, Works is definitely someone on our short list for plumbing needs.
