I can only say great things about Lifeline! I had a plethora of work done by them. Anthony was the plumber that came out to perform the work. He did an absolutely fantastic job! He was professional, respectful, polite, efficient and very neat in the work he did along with his work area. The entire team is awesome! I would highly recommend Lifeline for your plumbing needs!
This is review #2 in 2 days! I had another water emergency today and had to call Lifeline again. I used my garbage disposal in my kitchen and my sink in my basement backed up and overflowed. Miguel came out and he was so nice. He tried 2 different machines to clear the clog and finally got it cleared. It gives me such peace of mind knowing that these people can come out when needed. Miguel is another asset to this company and should be commended!nnI had a water backup in my basement and was unable to use any water, so I needed emergency service. Lifeline sent John A. out to rod my main sewer line and he did an amazing job. It took him several tries and he did not give up until he cleared the clog, at least for the time being. I know that I will need follow-up work done, but thank goodness for his tenacity, I have water again tonight. He is an asset to the company!
I had a sewer back up on a Friday evening and called Lifeline for service. Mike D came to the house and was very polite and informative about what he was going to do and what the cost would be. He was very professional and considerate while working in my home. When he was finishing, he went over the Camera video and explained the results. I will use this company again for my own plumbing needs,and refer them to friends and neighbors,and will ask for Mike D again!
Sam and Hunter were prompt, professional, and super knowledgeable. We'd been having some issues with our water quality -- sulfur smell in the hot water worse than ever. They chlorinated our well and installed a new [fancy!] CorroProtec anode quickly. We were so impressed with their service that we signed up for their monthly plan and had our annual furnace maintenance performed later the same day. Highly recommended!
Mike D was the main plumber that provided the service. We didn’t know the extent of the damage that was occurring in our home and neither did Mike but he provided educated options as an experienced plumber would. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need and he was very professional. He felt like a family friend and I would recommend him to everyone. What we thought was a clogged sewer turned into a broken pipe needing to break into our home walls. Mike delivered all options and provided resources to help. His communication skills are fantastic and he explained every step before initiation. He provided alternative options for fixes as to give us control of the situation however trusted him to complete the job the correct way. He even completed diagnostics and fixes in a shorter amount of time then expected with assistance. No issues occured. No unexpected problems either. Everything happened smoothly. I feel lucky to find such an experienced and transparent plumber the first time we took a recommendation and I would recommend him and the company to anyone looking to get help and with a major plumbing issue.
