I had a massage set up for 9:00 AM and my friend at 8:00 AM and I got a call at 8:20 telling me that my appointment had been canceled. After I had received a confirmation the day before and the morning of. I had already headed up to the Orem location when I received the call. Plan would’ve had to fall through for me in order to accommodate them. I feel like there was more that could’ve been done on their end to get me in at my appointment time. To say the least I was extremely upset.

Recently canceled my membership because of difficulty getting in because massage envy is very booked as of late and i have been busy myself. No hard feelings just canceled because it makes sense. I haven't been using my time so I have over 7 hours accrued of credit. They told me I had 60 days to use them and canceled my account with no problem. I got on the schedule and used an hour and a half on Sunday the 27th. I also scheduled an hour for today Oct 2. However when I arrived this time, they told me I could not get a massage until I pay them 60$. My account is canceled, and they owe me 7 hours. See the problem. I Sat outside for 10 min to be told pay or I can't use it. The girl at the counter said she talked to the manager and said theres nothing they can do unless I pay them. I couldn't justify it to myself. They owe me me $420 in service, and won't fulfill their part unless I pay them 60$ more dollars. My account is canceled. I don't owe you anything else. You owe me. I wish I could get my 420$ back. Give me 360$ in service but it's a crime if I pay another time on a legitimately canceled account. Wasted my time, I was looking forward to a massage today, instead I was given the boot and treated like a scrub because I Wouldn't pay more money on a canceled account of which I am owed service. Wouldn't recommend this fast-food version of a massage parlor, with bait and switch tactics. One Google search reveals all the stories of them alienating their customers. I was a faithful customer for years. And always tipped Very well. Very disappointed.

This rating is for my massage therapist Hunter! I previously had a membership here with the old manager Taylor Boone. Taylor was awesome and we had built a relationship - so he knew my physical activity background and he always gave me an awesome massage that I needed for some tight muscles post gym. After Taylor left I really struggled finding a massage therapist that liked.. the massages were always hit or miss, usually miss.. so I hadn’t gone back in about a year. I went yesterday and took my mom on a late Mother’s Day date and we both had such a great experience. Hunter actually listened to me. I said I had back issues and sciatica, and he treated exactly that. Other therapist I felt like would breeze past that and do something completely random that left me feeling worse. Hunter was so kind and understanding and held great conversation with me and I walked out of the building (and still woke up this morning) feeling like I can bend in half!! I’ve been dealing with sciatica pain for over 5 years now and have done every treatment other than disc surgery and nothing has worked... except for this. Last night was the BEST night sleep I have had in MONTHS. I almost forgot what it feels like to not have a constant pinch around my tailbone and to be able to move my shoulders and back like this feels bizarre!! I feel amazing. Thank you Hunter!!

This is the worst place to try & cancel your membership. We've tried canceling four times IN A ROW, and each time they made the same exact offer to retain us. I understand trying a first time, but to do it more than once is annoying and tacky.

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but this service was the worst service I think I have seen. Which was super unfortunate since I had bought my husband a massage last for Father’s Day. I had called in and set the appointment for him and advised that I might need to do the later appointment and she said not a problem let us know. I called back to get my husbands appointment changed to the later one and the guy said they had to keep half the money. ~~This was not something that I was advised about so we rushed to get my husband in they said they (would still take him if he was in no more then 10 mins) fine we show up 7 mins late for the appointment and then they check him in. They kept him out side for over 20 mins and then only gave my husband a 20 min massage when we paid for the 60 min. The lady that did the massage didn’t seem to be very experienced. She rushed the job and over all the entire Orem branch seemed like a joke. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money at this location.
