The girls that work here are super friendly and attentive, this is my to go place when I need my eyebrows done. That have never looked better!
I would give a 5 star, but unfortunately they have one worker who consistently makes people’s eyebrows bleed (mine and my friends’). One girl is great and I have never had an issue with her, I love going to her, the other one hurts you like you hurt her and she has some sort of vendetta against you. Wish I could have gotten her name, she has drawn on eyebrows if that helps anyone?
I have been visiting for more than a year with no issues. TODAY was the worst. I have skin irritation, my skin hurts and she ruined my eyebrows. I have done threading before and never had this occur.
The lady there (I had never seen her working here before) dared to tell me eyebrow tint would fix it. Mediocre work to say the least and I am never coming back unless I see the person that did mine previously. She was excellent- Sarita- I believe was her name. Be aware.
Horrible customer service, they dont even greet you and dont even speak to you till you have to pay. Never going back
