So compassionate, trustworthy, honest, caring, helpful! They did a excellent work with cleaning up my dads home. They truly helped us get through a traumatic, devastating time. task was outstanding! The only recommendation I would say is better communication with customers. It was problematic to get updates when dealing with an insurance claim. It was not all since it was a claim, but we had to contact the office on multiple occasions to find out a status. Still a 5-star review would only suggest better communication.
Burim was exceptional! He got here in record time and was professional. He explained to me and was patient an thorough. He walked me through step by step and let me watch while he worked. I liked watching the camera being snakes through the pipe. I would endorse this company to anyone but would put a request for Burim if possible. I wish there were more people like him in the world. Made our carpets like new! After 2 years of dirty Pets (and a awful cat) I thought for SURE we would have to tear up the carpet and replace it. But after these guys arrived you can't even tell we ever had Pets! recommend! We will use them again!
Water damage from a recent storm. Jon and his crew were at my building within an hour. Not only was the damage thoroughly fixed, my basement looks better than it ever has!
