My family has been going to 31 Cleaners since I can remember - that includes my wife, my parents and my in-laws. Michelle always greets us enthusiastically, as one would greet a longtime friend! There's a good reason - they're 100% top notch. More times than I can count, Michelle has been able to to get out tough stains and hard to clean garments and have done it expertly and quickly. If I am in a time crunch, they quote me a reasonable time for my garments to be cleaned and I usually am able to get them in time. They're the best cleaners in the area, bar none, with the best staff and the nicest people. Whether you're new to the area or looking to change dry cleaners, 31 Cleaners is the place to go!

One of the first things I researched after my office made the move to Kane County was a reliable dry cleaner. After consulting with Yelp and discovering one listed was permanently closed I came across 31 Cleaners.nnThe ladies there have been very proactive with making sure my suits, sportscoats, and shirts have me looking like a million bucks, and the same goes for all my silk Tommy Bahama polo shirts I wear when I'm not sporting suits and bowties down on LaSalle Street in Chicago or K Street in Washington D.C.nnAs for the previous review complaining about the price going up regularly, that's more the state of Illinois and the Federal government forcing dry cleaners to raise prices for all the silly fees and taxes placed on them that doesn't help with the environment but whatever new untested pet-project they want to implement for regular votes come election time.nnI don't have the luxury of owning my own dry cleaning company so I just roll with the price increases. Besides, how much are you really saving in gas and time by driving to another dry cleaner just to save a few dollars?

Michelle is very kind and patient. If you have a question about something, just ask and she'll clarify everything.nI had my prom dress altered here and it was perfect. It was a bit long on me when I bought it, but after I brought it here.. Just amazing.nI bring everything here, including pants, to get altered and dry cleaned.
