Bourbonnais car wash Ray Aouto Spa

I'm giving five stars even though the car wash did not work for me this morning. I called the owner, who provided a free car wash in the afternoon. She was very helpful, as was the attendant that afternoon. As it turned out, the car wash was fine but the sign inside was defective.

Everything was frozen over which didn't allow for all of the water to come out of the sprayers, and the timer for the heater wasn't working. There also isn't an indication when you are to pull forward.

Great place to wash your car. Good machines that are high pressure.

I spoke with a guy who works here about no one returning my call after leaving a voicemail about wasting money on a day when things were out of order and he was rude and seemed as if he didn't want to be bothered with me. I was one of the three customers who were standing around at a lost for words after putting money into the machine on a day when things were down. We all left voice messages. They were all very friendly and we all helped each other out that day because there were no workers available. That was only my first problem ever at this car wash so I wasn't too bothered. I think something was wrong with the sprayer or something. About 2 weeks later, I gave this car wash another try and it worked great. The wash was a success. While dripping wet, I drove into one of the other garages that had an out of order cone in front of it just to hand dry my car because I didn't want to hold up the other garages that were actually in working order. While drying, some guy who works here showed up and told me to get out of the garage so I did. He seemed very angry. Then I told him about the incident that happened and he explained something about equipment being clogged that day and he offered me a free wash next time around. I told him that I will like a refund instead because I am no longer using his service anymore due this his unexpectedly grouchy attitude. He got loud and said he's not giving me one because he doesn't even know if I was really there that day. I told him that I actually was and that I have video proof and offered to show him. (I vlog practically everything in my daily life for my YouTube channel) .... He refused to look at the video on my phone and became even more upset then he just walked off and ignored me. Very cockynand grouchy. There was a customer there who overheard everything and he too seemed as if he didn't care about anything other than himself. I get it... most people in bourbonnais are very uppity and look down on minorities but within the past year alone, I have given this car wash so much business. Imagine experiencing one little problem from a place you've given so much business and then all of a sudden, the moment you address that one problem, you're looked at and spoken to like you're dirt all over $2.25. This is obviously not an isolated incident because this dude was way too comfortable responding to me that way. He probably got a hard on from doing so. He continuously refused to refund me 2.25 so I eventually just told him God bless and left because the way I see it, you reap what you sow in due time. Never go through life being mean and treating people bad. Life is way too short and im pretty sure no one wants to end up bedridden plagued by misery ,sickness and misfortune feeling guilty about all of the bad things they've done to people throughout their life. I forgive him but I will not use this car wash anymore though. I don't enjoy being suspected of lying. I'm not a liar. When it all boils down, something about me irritated him but I'm not exactly sure what. I've never seen the guy a day in my life until that day. It sucks to be thought of as a liar from a place you once loved but oh well, this isn't the only car wash in the world.
