I went to this location and experienced the worstnService EVER, not only are they awful with color they basically do whatever they want. management is disrespectfully misleading with the return times Heather is a lier and awful at meeting customer satisfaction. they absolutely ignore the request of older customers and refuse to admit wrong doing.there's 3 day window to get your hair fixed when they chop it and burn it with chemicals and I strongly suggest demanding a email apt confirmation since the ignorabt staff such as Megan can't handle a simple task such a relaying messages to her employer or so that was the story given by the staff. Either way avoid this location like covid
Was never so humiliated in my life never had such an awful haircut in my life omg I have not stop crying the girl literally butcher me irk how I'll go out in public
This place is wonderful. She took the extra time to make sure that the cut I wanted was perfect before she let me leave. Highly recommended!!!
