Was suppose to have an appointment for 12 at the salon in Ashland KY. Showed up right at 12 for my appointment and was informed the stylist had notified them at 10 till that she would not be there. They never tried to cancel any of the appointments and informed me there was nothing that could be done and that there was no way that I could be worked in today. They never apologized for the inconvenience they caused at all. Do not recommend service here.
This is the best salon in the area! Every stylist will take their time and give you exactly what you want! I highly recommend every stylist here!
Mother's cut was like a 5 yr old got a hold of scissors, she went back other stylist attempted to repair damage best she could but bad stuff
