Maywood Police Department-Records

I call the records department today to see about how to get a copy of my accident report .My insurance company told me it would take 2 to3 weeks . I spoke with Mrs.H.Robertson and she told me I could pay it online and get it immediately. She was very kind and patient.

Sure it needs work but this police department is filled with some of the best officers you will find. They care about their jobs and the safety of the village equally. The chief is outstanding and has amazing and progressive plans on how to improve the village.

Customer service is terrible. The police chief is never available, but he says he has an open door policy. To much corruption going on with sham investigations that are truly unconstitutional.

Never picks up the phone . Says to leave a message and I will get a call back. Never got a call back .

I have tried to call my car in and no one ever answers the phone, today I have a ticket that I will contest. I will send the mayor this information and let her know that this is not the first time that this has happened when no one answers. I tried to go online and Maywood's site has been down for at least six months. What is happening with tax payers monies??? No response and no access to do anything via the internet
