Please enable Tap and Pay for the Safety of your customers. Please don't touch our credit cards. Bottom line the food is Great. The atmosphere is retro and fun. The lines are always long. The cashiers and staff need some more basic training to be polite and friendlier to the customer. This place is Not bike friendly, very Car centric.

It can be great some days, and horrible other days. It used to be the best restaurant for fast food anytime you went before they sold the place. I don’t know if the new owners changed the quality of food, but there’s definitely a difference. The big beef sandwich now is the size of the original beef sandwich, and several other items are just not as satisfying as it used to be. My favorite fast food joint is no longer my favorite spot. The price is too much for hit or miss food.

I am disappointed with customer service, especially the manager at this location. I ordered through the drive up and paid for the items. I drove off without checking the bag as it was busy (my fault for not checking). Anyway, an Italian beef sandwich was not in the bag so I tried calling to see if I had any recourse. One staff answered, I briefly explained that I had a problem with my order so she said I would have to speak to a manager. I was on hold for a long period, then the phone sounded like it was ringing and ringing and ringing until it disconnected and hung up on me. I called several times thinking it might had been hung up by mistake but nope that's their method of dealing with questions about orders. This happened on 9/30/20 at around 1 PM. The manager may not had been able to resolve my issue but at least answer the phone!nnI ordered the Italian beef and that was very good. I've had their burgers which are very good. I also ordered catering from them for pickup but found that side dishes like potato salad are rather small.

The food is always great, but it's always a hassle here. We are currently sitting in a curbside pickup spot. It's over 20 minutes past our pickup time, and we just received a partial order. So now we're still waiting for our chopped salad and cheese for the fries. Our last 4 visits at this location have gone the same way as far as missing food, so we already know we have to check our bags before we leave. I can understand missing something small like a cup of cheese, but there's always big items like burgers, salads, etc missing.
