I paid for new pockets for my winter coat. I should have checked the work before I left, but I trusted their work.nnHowever, when I wore my coat a couple of days later, I discovered one pocket was not sewn properly.nnI was going to take it back, but I decided to hand sew it because it was the only coat I owned and I needed to wear it.nnI paid 70.00 total for the pockets and other items which were cleaned.
The absolute worst customer service i've ever experienced. After installing my zippers backwards, he then tried making me pay to correct the mistake. Not to mention that he also installed two different color zippers on my garment, making my outfit look like a clown suit. Then threatened to hold my jacket hostage if I didn't pay for the error that he made. This is what I get for trying to support my local businesses.nn.
Professional service at an affordable price. They have really taken good care of me over the years.
