I had my car washed here on January 5, 2013. They cleaned the car nice but they made a 2 inch chip on the hood of my car, tried to cover it up with bright white touch up paint and denied they did the damage. I spoke with the owner Axel Alvarez via text and cell and he was nice at first, but when I asked him to pay for the damage he out right refused and denied they did the damage! DO NOT....I WARN YOU...DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH EVER!!!!

Well the truth k my experience was not good at all my husband and I were clients of this place we went frequently but the last times I got to go I did not like the job they did they charged me an amount of 40 dollars and they did not leave me well I was talking to the owner about my car but he was just saying it was not going to happen again, but what happened two weeks ago was that my husband took his car to wash and one of the workers had the wrong key and broke the key of my car k Traiba my husband they said k they were going to pay it and that was when he went to collect the key he put his car to wash but the owner told him that he was never going to give us service ever again the truth k that is not very professional we made his clients for Ayan come out with that yes the error was from them not from us I think that was wrong since we were frequent clients k kind of carwash is k stops him from giving service to his clients because of the errors of his workers.
