I needed some help with general information about my car, they sent an officer (Jeff Thompson) to help me out. He was very rude didn’t want to help out one bit. Snobby attitude, telling me to open the letter that he insisted had the information that I was looking for (it didn’t). Rude /didn’t seem to care one bit. I thought the riverside police was supposed to serve and protect their people......
They do a great job for the Village of Riverside.
Really bad individuals working here and by that I mean the police. I was driving home from my uncle's house and a car ran into this people's house by Park and Woodlawn (as far as I remember, this is not the first time) and the officer was yelling at the house's owners like it was their fault some (drunk?) driver ran into THEIR home. BTW, I think it is about time the township fixes that street light... I'm positive that house was just fixed this past summer after another driver ran over into their place. I'm positive I heard the officer was blaming the owners for living there with his shouting and yelling. EDIT: The house was built by the current owner and his wife, who passed from cancer years ago. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
