We have a small crawl space that had plumbing issues and when they came out to look at it they said they could definitely do the job just need a small person to do it. When they came out they brought a large person that couldn't fit. Then had to come back out only to find out they couldn't do the job. It than took a month of calling to get our money back. We also were inquiring to see if they could do plumbing work at a different house. They came out said they could do the work and would provide a quote. They never provided the quote and we called 10 times and they kept giving us the runaround. They are extremely unresponsive and full of sh$$. I would no go with this company.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We called them out for some sewer work back in September. Ethan was overly confident that they would be able to do the work, clearly they couldn’t. After he told us that they’re called out all the time to fix other plumbers work, I was at ease. Once they finally came out to do the work (3 different times), Ethan came to the conclusion they couldn’t do it. It took about a month and multiple phone calls to finally get our money back because they were “so busy”. Each phone call was one lie after another. Chalking it up to bad luck, I called them for an estimate on some more work at another property. Clearly they didn’t want the job, must’ve been “too busy” again. They gave us an absolutely ridiculous price so I could take the hint.nIf I could give the zero stars, I would. Ethan lied and lied and lied. I don’t do many reviews but this needed to be said. Don’t even bother calling them, they’re terrible!

We had a terrible experience and had them fix our basement and still now it still gets water. Now we are being told by another company that Royal Flush didnt do the job they were sippose to do right. So now we are out even more money.nWe also never recieved our deposit money back for a job we said we couldnt have them complete.

MUST READ!nnMy father was shopping around for service for his home till he found this company through the Classifieds section in the Orland Park Prairie. First off, we as a family prefer to do business with independents or small timers for the sake of supporting the small guy and the community. But wow... what an absolutely terrible experience!nnI never usually write reviews and I read others with a grain of salt but there are just too many things wrong with this company that they need to change before other customers give them a trynnFirst off, there is no professionalism at all. Ignorance comes naturally to whoever answers the calls. We scheduled a date for service, took a day off of work to have ourselves available for the window of time, and what do you know...no call, no show by the servicer.nnWhen we called to check status, not only were they very rude, but I sensed a bit of RACISM. If you did not want to take us in, you could have simply said you were too busy or take the initiative to call us and cancel.nnI suggest that Royal Flush dismantles as a business and that Ethan and Jack specifically go get retrained in the art of dealing with people.nnPositive word of mouth from one happy customer brings another. Negative word of mouth prevents several from ever coming.
