Terry came in this evening and took care of our plumbing issues. He was very communicative, excellent with people, very friendly, and very efficient. He explained to us what the problems were and he also provided great recommendations for maintenance. I would hire him and this company again.

The number on this ad is routing to my cell. I've had this number for 12 years. I reached out to the business and was hung up on. Do not pay for any services online as you won't reach this company when you call.nnEDIT: I called and spoke to someone and then when I called again I was sent to my own voicemail. Please leave a direct number not listed on here so that I can at least direct the calls coming in to the correct number. Hopefully it's updated soon as this happens about every week or two since I've written this review.

I hired them to dig and replace a collapsed sewer pipe in my patio. Dwayne and his team did excellent work. He was very knowledgeable and also detail oriented. Though there was a delay due to the weather and the availability of city inspector, they kept me posted and were responsive. They didn’t complete until they cleaned my patio and garage thoroughly. They showed good work ethics throughout the project. Their office staff was also very helpful. Vicky worked diligently to get a city inspector to come back the same day after he failed to show up in the first place, which prevented a week of delay. They were flexible in schedule and competitive in price. I highly recommend Do Right Rooter.
