Greatest experience ever!!! Joe was my technician that came out to take a look at my water boiler. He was super knowledgeable, and quick to assess what needed to be done. Prices are very reasonable. If I ever have any other boiler/plumbing issues I know who to call for!!!
I have to say, this is an amazing and professional company from the call center to the plumber that came out. They had the right pricing on the rodding, had enough cable to get the job done, and was so professional in his demeanor. I can't say enough food things about this experience. Allen E. Power is the place to call if you have any plumbing issues. I have been using them for 20 years in my condo and as a new homeowner called them out again recently. They were able to come out the same day. He arrived on time with a mask on and quickly took care of the problem. He answered all my questions and gave me a fair quote on another repair. They do excellent work and are very easy to work with.
I e-mailed them on Sunday evening they reached out to me on Monday morning. Gave me a rate for the repairs I needed and set an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Their technician Dan was polite, worked quickly went over the services he performed took a few minutes to show us everything was working properly. He then went over the charges which matched the quote from the office. This is exactly how in home repair should be performed. A pleasant experience I'd highly recommend them.
Friendly, prompt service. What looked like a potential disaster - backed up drains in adjoining bathrooms - was quickly identified as a blockage and resolved in 60 minutes. Thanks, Dave!
