They called to see if it would be okay if they came earlier than our scheduled appointment (awesome). Upon arrival, Mike and Adam were extremely professional and courteous. Mike is very knowledgeable. He managed to troubleshoot a water pressure issue quickly and resolved it in no time. He also brought a drain pipe issue to my attention (the build up of grease) and suggested several low-cost recommendations to remedy it myself. The kitchen faucet and sink are back to working the way they should. I couldn't be more happy with the service. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them for any future plumbing needs.

We made the mistake to used them to replace our water heater years ago. We had an issues with it today. First they said our warranty started 6 months before they even installed it. They informed me that while the heater was under warranty they would still change us for installation and service call. Plus I would have to contact water heater company and wait a couple days for the part then paid them to install it.......no thank you! If I am going to have to paid someone then I will go with different company. One that is actually honest on what is covered when I had it installed. Thankfully I found an honest plumber who has the part and can fixed it today!

Fantastic! Mike & Kev came out on Sunday night, after 10 PM, (on the day we lost an hour), far from their homes, (so they had to make a drive), fixed the bathroom leak and valve quickly and affordably. Gave advice on future repairs that may be needed and were super cool and friendly. Can't recommend them enough! Thanks guys!
