I had my a gas water heater installed by this contractor through Lowe's. I am delighted with the whole process from making an appointment to installation. My 22 y.o. water heater was leaking and they offered me the same day installation when the unit came at Lowe's. Since I was at work and asked if I could have it installed the next day which is Saturday and they accommodated my schedule. Barry and Corie came for the installation. They are professional, courteous and they both had their masks on the whole time. Barry answered all the questions I had about the system and two of them did a great job. They left my place as clean as when they came. The main reason I went with Lowe's because it carries Smith water heaters.

Nathan is the best plumber in New Rochelle. An authentic soul. He installed my water filter nicely, first time he ever did one of this kind. I'm convinced I have the best water in New Rochelle. That's besides the point. Nathan is an honest guy that gets the task done. He won't bs you and take his time, he's there for business and will finish the task as appropriately as you want it done. wonderful guy! Want something installed or fix, call Nathan! I appreciated the text and email with the picture, name and time that the work tech would arrive! He was friendly and knowledgable. The repairs were done as as possible. He left everything neat and tidy when he was done. Would use again!
