This was the BEST pulled pork I've ever had. Very generous serving of pork on a delicious bun that complimented the richness of the pork. Ribs were meaty and had a perfect tug. The sweet sauce is awesome but the homemade chips are nothing short of addictive.

Had the brisket which was cooked absolutely perfect..also had the brisket tacos, links, and pulled pork. Everything was on point but wish this was served a better way and how about getting more options for sides and some type of variety platter to try all smoked meats. Their sauce was on point for spice and sweetness..

As a natural bodybuilder, I am very particular as to what I eat – especially when I eat out. I allow myself one “cheat meal” a week. I heard about this place and their policy of only using top-grade ingredients and will “run-out” before compromising with lower quality, so I thought I’d give it a try. Located at 8-Corners in Brookfield, I had a bit of difficulty finding it after dark as all I saw on the storefront was a Pig.nI got the Pulled Pork Sandwich and Potato Salad (with the PERFECT “spicy sauce”). I thought the prices were a little high, but after I ate, I realized that prices were MORE-THAN-FAIR for the quality and portion size. Tender; juicy; flavorful - no “stringiness” or fat. AWESOME!!! I’ve definitely NEVER had a better Pulled Pork sandwich in my life – I can’t wait to go back and get it again!!! Oh yeah; and the Potato Salad was excellent too!

The service was prompt and nice. The young ladies at the counter were willing to answer my questions. I ordered the wagyu brisket, smoked wings, potato salad and house made chips. Everything was delicious and guy in from the kitchen came to ask what cuts (fatty or lean) of brisket I'd like. Plus their sauce was good. Will return throughly enjoyed and left leaning because I was so full of good cooking

Delicious food and excellent customer service. The brisket is tender and super flavourful. The weekend blueberry pancakes are to die for!ud83dude0b Highly recommend!
