The food is consistently fresh and delicious, workers hands over good service. I like how clean it is and character. Will come visit again.

Called to asked where the list of five dollar footlongs is on their webpage. A rude man informed me that there is no such thing with subway. I explained that ads for five dollar footlongs have been all over the tv for weeks. He told me that was not true. I asked for his first name so I could file a complaint with his manager. He hung up on me. I called back and calmly asked for a manager. The same man informed me that his name was Bart and he is the manager. I asked why a manager would hang up on a customer and he said that I hung up on him. Disrespectful manager, refusing to participate in a sale, and telling a customer they are lying. Not a good business model. Of course I don't know much about business. I only managed restaurants for 20 years before becoming a pastor. The longer we as customers keep giving business to places like this they will continue to turn out poor workers and make bad customer service the norm. Start demanding good service or go to a restaurant that will provide it. These types of restaurants should not be able to stay open when smaller family businesses with good service are shutting down. Is it worth it for sandwiches on bread that the UK has offically found in court is not really bread?

We placed an online order through the app but the store was closed. Although it wasn’t fully the fault of the restaurant, the owner made it right. He called me, made the order, and delivered it himself at my convenience. What could have been a bad experience turned into a great one. The sandwiches were amazing. Thank you Bart.

Great freshly made chicken sandwich, super nice manager or owner not sure! Not easy to find good subway these days, will be back for sure.
