They accommodated my tight schedule and came the next day which was great and the price was reasonable. The rugs look generally pretty good. There were a few spots in high traffic areas that we thought could have been taken care of a better. We did call back to report this the day after the cleaning but was never given a call back which was disappointing from customer service responsiveness. We were able to take care of the few spots ourselves and the rugs look pretty good. I would use Koshgarian again but would qualify over the phone to make sure key spots are taken care of and will expect a prompt response back the next day if they are not.
Outstanding Carpet Cleaning! I've had an antique rug cleaned and they did an amazing job cleaning it! I just had Koshgarian clean my carpet runner on my stairs & hallway. They made my carpet brand new. Excellent customer service too!

Great service - Got us on the schedule quickly and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet and upholstery. Have been using them for a while and will continue to do so. They have been consistently great. Cost was gone over and explained by the technician prior to starting the job.
