NICE CLEAN LAUNDROMAT. IVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS & STILL NO COMPLAINTS. THE OWNER IS VERY HELPFUL AND HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. PRICES ARE NOT BAD EITHER.
Above and Beyond and Professional! I entered the parking lot of the facility yesterday driving a Uhaul Van loaded with laundry. As I began to haul the laundry inside, the attendant was gracious enough to assist me with unloading the items and placing them into carts. The attendant was so helpful in so many ways unimaginable, that I was able to finish the job in much less time than I projected! This by far was the best experience I've had thus far as a customer! Thank you Westfield Laundromat!
I like this laundry place a lot. Customer service is excellent and also friendly. Helped me to load up my cloths and provided me proper services. I would back here again and again
Washers are overpriced and dryers are old. Floors looked like they haven’t been washed in years. Left to the store across the street, for 20 minutes and when I came back my clothes were moved from the washer and sitting in the old dirty carts. Why would they even touch my clothes?? And it was a man moving and touching a woman’s clothes. Not okay!!!! Will never return! Something about a stranger touching my clothes during a pandemic just doesn’t sit right with me.
Very great customer service, never even thought a laundry mat could have customer service but this place does a fantastic job! Very clean place and friendly atmosphere. Blows any laundry mat out I've been to out of the water. I will be back!
