Very nice and friendly Korean family owned establishment. I've been coming to them to have my dry cleaning done for years. They do very good professional work and have very reasonable prices.

I took an evening gown there to be altered. They had me try it on and took it up in the bust line and pinned the front for the hem .The dress had a train and I asked them to leave it, don't touch that part. He verified it and only pinned the front part. I picked up the dress and wore it to my sons wedding not knowing that they didn't follow instructions. My train was cut off and the top wasn't taken in. I had to use safety pins to hold my dress up. I returned to the cleaners and the guy there told me that I lied and I wanted the train cut off. I pretty much gave them $60 to ruin my evening gown.

Extremely rude, unprofessional and VERY expensive; I received the wrong blanket at pick up last night, brought it back this morning to retrieve my much nicer $500 blanket and I got yelled at, laughed at, called names and she called the cops on me when I asked if she could look for my blanket or help me at all. She was laughing hysterically at me as she said to come back next Tuesday, I said no thank you, she continued to ignore me and eat her food. The cops show up and the woman is SO rude to them I wanted to cry. Now I have a thin, scratchy blanket with a hole in it, two upset cops who will no longer be taking their belongings there and I am going back at 4 today to talk with the owner. If he helps at all or if I ever get my blanket back, I will update this review. But this is not the first time I have had exceptionally poor service from Clean Clean Drycleaners, I will leave a different review with that story.

Very rude Korean lady working there people have to stop going there very good cleaner on 46 and cicero and more proffesional. people have to stop going there
