Elaine is my new nail girl. Her no chip manicures last!! Trust me, I’ve had some that chip after a few days. She’s personable, professional and great to work with. Glad I found her through the groupon deal that I did.

I bought a groupon and tried contacting her for 2 weeks at various days and times to set up an appointment. The call always went straight to voicemail. I texted, nothing in response. I found a website where you can schedule appointments with her, thinking she would reach out and confirm (especially because I asked a question), but she never did. I canceled my appointment and will be getting a refund from Groupon. I just had a bad feeling and didn't want to support a business that cannot even bother to call customers back. Also, I didn't want to waste my time going to an appointment that I didnt know if she would show up for. Very disappointed and would give zero stars if I could.
