On June 29th I called for an appointment for the next day and was told I should be there at 11:30a. When I got there I was told I was not scheduled and it was for the next day. I told them I knew I had the right day as I had a doctors appointment the next day. Well, It was a downhill run after that. I am 86 years old and realize I am not your focus for clients. After waiting for awhile a girl took me after she stalled as long as she could. What an attitude!! It was so obvious she did not want to do the haircut and I should have left but I wanted it cut. She butchered it. My hair was down to my shoulders and now I barely have any. It makes me so mad and I just can not get over it. What a witch!!! $45 for this mess?? She was rude, self important and the worse personality, I will never go back there. Had to get this note out there. Joan Fleming

The staff is very knowledgeable and the store is always clean and well stocked. Easily my favorite location to shop for my makeup and skincare.
