I went for the first time last Friday. The hairstylist was very patient and friendly. She did exactly what I wanted. I’m so happy I found Norma .
Apparently the lady I had did not even know how to wear a mask correctly. The other woman there wore better protection than she did with a face shield and mask. She didn’t ask what I wanted to do with my shaved parts like if I wanted them rounded or sharp. She shaved around my ears too short and it looks a bit weird now and will grow out funky. One of the shavers actually pinched my skin a little while she was shaving. Very disappointed and with think twice about coming again.
Not good, the person who cut my hair took way too much off and no attention to detail. She too large sections of hair and cut it in less than 10 minutes. Do not recommend.
