Do not fill out an application with this business!! They will have you doing tricks and stop responding. Brian was the worst. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Great company to do living business with, it's been a year dealing with them and Viamontes Group and I have not had one problem with anything in the apartment I stay in. I love that I can pay my rent online since my work gets in the way with doing it in person. Would of gave it 5 starts but they were not able to fix a leak in the downstairs apartment and had me leave work early on multiple occasions to get into my unit to check it out. Would recommend to anyone looking.

This company deserves zero stars. I've never been so disappointed with a rental, it's landlord, and agent until I came across one of their apartments. It was turned in to me with a lot of problems, faults, etc. The landlord never communicated with us. He always sent the agent who treated us as liars. Together, they ruined us by keeping our money when we moved, when the contract clearly didn't state anything, and pretended like we turned in the apartment worse than how we recieved it. I do not recommend anyone to this company or it's employees. All they do is steal your money and make you seem like the bad person in the story. It's disgusting the way I've been treated throughout my rental period and after. I can't stress how much I regret being a part of this crime.

This company don’t care about nothing but the rent. You put in work orders no one comes to fix anything and they are very unprofessional when you call into the office no one seems to know anything. They also find ways to try not to pay you your security deposit. Do not rent from them you will deeply regret it. Oh yeah and the only time they seem concerned with anything is when the city of oak Lawn came out. Just pitiful.

They are untruthful!! and mislead. They use a bait switch method and attempt to lock you into harmful situations. I believe they get leads via social media and they text.As said earlier, You don't really know who you're working with (My house ,Dorrego Investmest LLC, Viamonte Group.) The maintenance service is horrible. The main office, is worse, they don't answer the phone, and when they do, they don't give direct answers to any of your questions. It is my experience they are untruthful. They deny every word of their reps. Beware EVERYONE.
