Used this company for our appraisal on our refinance. Long story short they made our refi a nightmare that did not have to be. Would recommend looking elsewhere for sure.

They are the worst.. No respect of time or closing dates when doing appraisal if they really appraise... Their reports wont never get in time... Not professional at all where they go appraise without informing any entity (Construction Company or Closing Bank)...nNever respond to calls... The worst!! Avoid dealing with them!! They will cost you time and money!!

Inaccurate and lazy appraisals, you would be better off saving the money and taking the PVA value. 5 minutes of looking at the property, and the only improvements they identify are the cosmetic ones. This company does not do any research into the area and should not be used.

He did a good job. After a very bad experience from a previous company. He came and he listened and understood the project. before he put his report.
