Came here to make a report of a dog bite for my youngest son and the lady at the desk was the rudest person ever! And then lies and tells the office on the phone I told her one story then saying another.. while I have a witness listening to the whole conversation

South Chicago heights police department could do alot better by actually going after/handing out tickets to the appropriate people. A project vehicle is not an eye sore, your department is.

I went to the police station and was met by a woman behind the desk and she was very nice and helpful.

Short chunky front desk woman has to be the rudest employee ever. Hostile, mean, angry, and argumentative. Fire her.
