Sikma did the plumbing on our brand new house. Within the year, I noticed leaking around my kitchen sink. My husband opened the cabinets to have a look and due to (sikma says was faulty, I don’t know) a faulty seal, the seal exploded and the seal and whatever else that flew out almost hit my husband in the face. It would have seriously injured him if it had. We immediately cleaned up the flood of water all over the hardwood floors and even down into our basement. We went out and bought big fans and a dehumidifier and sikma (I’m guessing because our builder called them, I’ve never been able to get anyone on the phone) came out the next day to fix it. They replaced the seal and drilled holes into my kick plate to place another dehumidifier. After that they came back to get their equipment then sent someone out to measure the kick plate to replace it. I haven’t seen or heard from them since and that was almost two years ago. I have called numerous times, left messages and even sent them a messege on messenger, nothing. I still have holes in my kick plate and now two of my showers drip constantly. After we went out and spent hundreds of dollars on fans and dehumidifiers to save our floors so that Sikma wouldn’t be on the hook to replace them, they can’t even come back and replace a kick plate. I would not recommend unless you want a sub par plumber that won’t come back and fix the mess that they made.

Quick response time. Other companies told me they weren’t accepting new customers. Sikma was here with in an hour. Installed a brand new water heater! Thanks for the wonderful service. I would recommend them to anyone!

Sikma was a professional experience. Had them connect one building with another for gas and water. Came is and was done quickly. Gave a good price and took care with the cleanup and final product. Was very happy with the whole experiences. Would recommend using them.

Quality work done right and dependable.

I called them at about 1:30pm and at 1:59pm they pulled up came in and explained what was wrong completed the job and told me what I needed to do to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Love d Randle
